Scottish Nature Video Award 2017
Entries
You can enter up to 3 videos. Videos should be between 60 seconds and 150 seconds in length.

Once you have submitted your video it cannot be replaced with another video.

Scottish Nature Photography Awards reserves the right to refuse or remove an entry from the Competition for any reason.

Scottish Nature Photography Awards reserves the right to remove any entries from the Competition that it feels may breach or contravene laws of copyright, public decency or may bring the Competition or the Competition’s organisers into disrepute. Such entries will be deemed as void and no refund will be given.

If you add music, sound or narrative voiceover to your video, it is your responsibility to ensure you have all the relevent copyright permissions and that these are credited in your video. For the judging process, it is important that your video is judged anonymously therefore if you use a narrative in your video, please do not use your name in the voiceover, although you may refer to yourself in the first person "I".
For the same reason, please do not add your name as a credit in your video. You retain full copyright of your video. If your video is shortlisted, we will add your name to the start of your video for screening so that you are properly credited.

Scottish Nature Video Award 2017 Payments and refunds
All entries must be accompanied by full payment (debit or credit card processing via Paypal for online entries, cheque for postal entries) as detailed in the “Scottish Nature Video Award 2017 FAQs”.
You have the right to cancel within seven days of payment. If you cancel your entry, your payment will be returned in full and your video(s) deleted. To request a refund, please complete the contact form.
Videos cannot be withdrawn after the closing date unless the organizers are notified of a permissions problem, in which case the video will be withdrawn on request of the copyright holder. No refund will be payable on video withdrawn, except within the seven day period from payment under your right to cancel.
If you submit fewer videos than originally paid for then you will not be entitled to a refund.
If you feel you are entitled to a refund (other than by invoking your right to cancel within 7 days), you may request this by contacting us. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason.
